Before First Use

Wash: Clean your cookware with warm, soapy water and dry it thoroughly.

Seasoning (Optional): If desired, lightly rub the interior surface with a small amount of vegetable oil to maintain its luster.

Cooking Instructions

Heat Setting: For best results, always use low to medium heat. This preserves the cookware's integrity and helps prevent food from sticking.

Utensils: Use wooden, silicone, or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the cooking surface.


Cleaning & Maintenance

After Each Use: Wash with warm, soapy water using a non-abrasive sponge or cloth.

Dishwasher Safe: Yes. However, to prevent scratching, we recommend placing the cookware away from other items.

Polishing: Periodically use a stainless steel cleaner to maintain shine and remove water spots.

Stubborn Stains: If stains persist, fill the pan with water, add a tablespoon of dish soap, and simmer for 15 minutes. Use a sponge to scrub away the residue.


Temperature & Safety

Oven Safe: Yes, up to 500°F (260°C) without glass lid.

Critical Safety Reminder: When using cookware in the oven, the handles will become hot. Always use oven mitts when handling.

Gas Cooking: Ensure the flame only contacts the bottom of the pan to prevent the sides from discoloring and to ensure efficient heat transfer.
